Horus Technology maintains a private integration with QuickBooks Online used to automate bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting for our own company files.
What this integration does
This application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official API to perform accounting operations on Horus Technology's own books. Its functions include:
- Reading the chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, and payments
- Reconciling bank and credit card activity against statements
- Posting journal entries and correcting classifications
- Generating financial reports and period-close packages
Who can use it
This is a private application. It is not offered to the public, is not listed on the Intuit App Store, and does not accept connections from outside companies. Only QuickBooks Online company files owned by Horus Technology and its affiliated entities are connected.
Data handling
Accounting data is accessed solely to perform the functions above. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to authenticate API requests.
