Does the AI just make things up?
Answers are generated from your content library and each one carries a citation back to the source document. Nothing is submitted without a human approving it. The review workflow is the product, not an afterthought bolted onto a chatbot.
How long until we are running?
Deployment into your AWS account is measured in days. The real variable is your content: the more past proposals and performance write-ups you can hand over on day one, the faster the answer library becomes useful. We do that ingestion with you.
What does it cost?
It depends on deployment scope and how much transition support you want. We quote a fixed fee after a scoping call rather than publishing a seat price that will not match what you need.
Does our data train a model?
No. Inference runs in your account against Amazon Bedrock. Your documents are not used to train anything and do not leave your environment.
We already use a proposal tool. Why switch?
Most of them are answer libraries with a search box. The parts that consume your week are upstream and downstream: finding the solicitation, decomposing it into requirements and forms, and getting a compliant package out the door. Bring your existing library and we will load it.
Is this only for federal?
No. Federal via SAM.gov and DIBBS, plus state and local portals. The requirement extraction and answer generation do not care where the package came from.
